Through the years, she advanced to the role of vice president, leading various departments and overseeing a team of 450 staff and volunteers.

Kay’s contributions to the industry were acknowledged with the International Ticketing Association’s Patricia G. Spira Lifetime Achievement award in 2023. Alongside her career, she pursued higher education, earning master’s degrees in Business Administration and Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
